Can I download the course, so I can study when I’m not online?

No. At this time, the course is NOT downloadable. There are some sound files and PDF documents you can download, but most of the material is NOT downloadable.

Can I buy these courses on discs?

No. The course is located in an online membership site. You will need to have good internet access, therefore, to use the course.

How long does my membership last?

In all three courses (Understand Fluent English, Master Fluent English, and Live Conversations VOL I) membership is for life. You will always have access to the courses.

How good does my English need to be, to benefit from the courses?

You need to have a few years of experience with English. The courses are taught using the same style of English that we use in our free instructional videos. If you understand those, you will understand the course, also.

How big are the three courses? How long will it take me to finish?

There are about 45 lessons in total. If you can master one lesson every other day, it will take you about three months to finish all three courses. A lot depends on your level of English, and how much time you study each day. If your English is already advanced, you could finish in two months. If your English is not so advanced, it could take 4 or 5 months.

How do I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?

How does the Fluency Coaching work?

You will have email access to one of our Fluency Coaches for sixty (60) days. Your sixty days start from the time you first submit a question or sound file. We recommend that you wait until you’ve finished “Understand Fluent English” and have started the 2nd course, “Speak Fluent English,” before starting your Fluency Coaching program. Students will usually benefit the most this way.

What are the technical requirements for the course? Browser, internet connection, and so on?

To take these three online courses, the following conditions and devices are required, or recommended:
(1) Internet Connection: ADSL, Cable connection for best results. If using a dial-up, the videos may load slowly.
(2) The ability to listen to sound. (You need a sound card and speakers, or headphones.)
(3) Modern browser (IE7, IE8, IE9, Firefox3.0+, Opera9.0+, Google Chrome3.0, Safari2.0+)

For Windows users, Firefox3.0+, IE8+, Google Chrome3.0 are recommended.
